Carl Grassi, Chairman of the Board

 

Mr. Grassi is the chairman of the law firm McDonald Hopkins LLC, where he has worked as an attorney since July 1992.  Mr. Grassi is corporate counsel and business advisor to a number of middle-market and growth companies.  Mr. Grassi also authors the Small Business “Tax Tips” column for Crain’s Cleveland Business and has written articles for other publications. 

 

Mr. Grassi earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.  Mr. Grassi is also a Certified Public Accountant – Ohio.
